I got established as a new patient at this practice 3 months ago. Dr. Nichols was great, I've had plaque psoriasis for most of my adult life, and my humira was not working as well anymore. We discussed options and decided skyrizi might be a good fit and it has been great! Since then it seems Dr Nichols has left the practice and they have hired another. This week my insurance has asked for another prior authorization in order to receive my next dose of skyrizi. No problem (or so I thought), my wife called four seasons to let them know. But wait, there's a problem. Because of four seasons inability to retain staff I need to be seen by this new provider before my prior authorization will even be worked on. The next appointment that works for me is in October. My next dose is due in October, prior authorization is not normally a quick process so you can imagine I'm pretty upset at the prospect of being late on my next dose. For what? I'm an established patient of the practice I was just seen three months ago. So is this going to be a common theme here at four seasons? Should I just assume every time I need a prior authorization you'll be there ready to make an appointment, hand in my wallet? I've dealt with many dermatology practices over the years and never have I dealt with such blatant nonsense. Perhaps it's time to look elsewhere.

Prompt and easy to navigate appointment with Dr. Nichols. Staff and physician were thoughtful and I felt they were invested in my visit being thorough and Patient focused. I’m very pleased that this service is available in Plattsburgh and that I did not have to go across the lake to get this kind of medical appointment.

Dr Nichols is a wonderful addition to your team!! Also had a wonderful assistant….she is on her second day of work and what a great person. Both were very personable and super friendly!

Office pleasant, attractive waiting room. Annual full-body scan, very thorough. Invites your questions/concerns and listens before beginning exam. On this visit, a questionable mole on my arm was removed, quickly, painlessly, care instructions clearly explained, with follow -up appointment made.
