Every six months I see Dr Chang for a whole body mole check as she says I “grow things.” I really enjoy her and completely trust her honesty in her opinions of what is needed or not. If I notice an area of concern in between my visits, I know from experience the clinic will see me right away. Dr Chang is a great partner in my journey. Office staff and techs also the best.

For a number of reasons. I do not feel comfortable going through with treatment by this practice. The amount of times this practice has messed up numerous things, cancelled appointments without consulting me, argued with me about my medical care needs, and blatant inability to do something as simple as get me a prescription and fill out I lpledge without me going back and fourth to pharmacies for 2 weeks… it’s unbelievable. They may be very kind people, but wouldn’t trust them to manage my medical care. 3 stars only because they are incredibly kind, however, kindness doesn’t drive competence.

First dermatologist I’ve gone to in 20 years that didn’t take an unnecessary and expensive biopsy only to have it come back negative. These pros deal with real issues and don’t have to fabricate problems to gin up business. 5 stars isn’t enough.

I see Dr. Chang and find her both effective and super pleasant to work with. The times I’ve seen her, she’s skilled at explaining the issues at hand in an accessible way and presenting different treatment routes. Though I know she’s on a tight schedule, I feel that my concerns are thoroughly, but efficiently, addressed. The receptionists and support staff have always been helpful and friendly during my visits as well.
